Ch. North Country Britta
Britta was the our first adult Cane Corso that we purchased. Only later I
realised how good her temperament is -- we simply put her on the back
seat of our small car next to our older Standart Schnauzer Ginger and drove
long 11 hours home. Britta was born in Minnesota in North Country kennel.
Her sire is imported large size grey brindle male Jack. Her littermale Bel
Monte Sampson, fawn male was the largest Cane Corso I have ever seen. Britta
lived in a few kennels around the country and then finally settled here with
us. We showed Britta on ARBA and Rarities shows, she became
a Champion. Britta had puppies before we acquired her and she
produced a few outstanding dogs. She has wonderful temperament, very friendly
and easy going. She meet every guest and loves to be the center of
attention. Although we never had any puppies from her she is playing a
very important role here -- she is nanny to all the puppies that our dogs had
and play time buddy to everyone here. Britta passed away in January
2006. She was 11+ years old. She is greatly missed.
